N8 Research Lab LLC operates as a supplier of chemicals and allied products: analytical-grade biochemical reference standards and lyophilized laboratory research materials, sold to qualified customers. We are not a pharmacy, a compounding facility, a telehealth provider, or a dietary-supplement seller, and we do not provide clinical services of any kind.

Qualified buyer policy

Orders are limited to buyers acting for legitimate laboratory, academic, biotechnology, analytical, or contract-research purposes. Each account self-classifies its research context at registration. We may request institutional or research-use information and may cancel any order that cannot be validated.

Permitted scope

Materials are supplied exclusively for in-vitro research, analytical method development, identity verification, comparative reference work, quality-control review, and method validation.

Prohibited use

Products are not intended for human or animal consumption, therapeutic use, clinical use, diagnostic use, dietary supplementation, dosing, injection, ingestion, or administration of any kind. Buyers may not resell or redirect materials for any prohibited use. We make no health, medical, or consumer-outcome claims about any product we supply.

Preventive controls

The following run before a purchase can be completed:

• A blocking age and research-use acknowledgment before any catalog page is reachable. The storefront does not render until it is cleared.
• Contact capture and account creation, with a bot challenge on the form.
• Self-declared researcher classification recorded on the account.
• A separate, unchecked research-use and prohibited-use certification immediately before payment. The accepted policy version and the acceptance timestamp are stored on the order record.
• Automated order screening, with the ability to review, hold, or cancel.

Distribution

We ship within the United States only, to all fifty states. We do not ship to US territories, APO/FPO addresses, or internationally, and we do not export. See our Shipping Policy.

Documentation standard

Catalog records identify the applicable lot. A Certificate of Analysis is available on request for the lot supplied, through the request form on our Lab Results page. Documentation is retained as part of the research-order record.

Marketing

We do not operate an affiliate or referral program. Anyone marketing on our behalf is bound by written rules prohibiting human-use, dosing, outcome, and drug-comparison claims, and requiring disclosure of their material connection to us.

Complaints

Complaints and product-safety reports are categorised at intake, tracked against a published response target, and escalated on a defined path. See our Complaint Handling Policy.
